About Revolve Electrical Solutions

Anthony brings 11 years’ trade experience to his role as Project Manager for Revolve Electrical. Since starting his apprenticeship in 2012 he quickly progressed to supervisory, procurement, and management roles. He spent 9 years working on large commercial projects and office fitouts in Auckland. Excelling in installation work, he was promoted to site supervisor then site manager, overseeing teams of up to four electricians, liaising with builders and scheduling future work. In 2020 he moved to Whangarei to project manage an electrical and lighting contract at Whangarei Boys’ High School, and the electrical fitout for Whangarei Hospital’s new maternity ward. He was responsible for quantity surveying and costings on both projects. Anthony enjoys the challenge of finding cost savings and efficiencies on each project, and gets a kick out of exceeding customers’ expectations.

Keani joined the Revolve Electrical team in 2021 and quickly become indispensable. She is responsible for reception, all office administration, payroll, invoicing, HR, HS, and booking jobs – roles she also performed for her family’s labor-hire and traffic management business for several years. Keani is well qualified for juggling a multitude of daily tasks. In previous roles, she has done everything from all office administration to mentoring youth and drug testing in schools, to managing traffic management sites and keeping KiwiRail workers safe on the tracks.

Annelize brings 20+ years of industrial sector experience, with advanced business acumen and a strong grasp of effective processes. She excels in issue resolution, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration. Her analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with exceptional time management and organizational abilities, ensure precise attention to detail and outstanding performance.

Jace joined the Revolve Electrical team in 2023 and as a seasoned solar energy professional, he leads our Solar division. His expertise spans from commercial and residential solar systems, battery storage and off-grid solutions. With roots in New York, Jace spent five years in the commercial solar industry there, graduating from installer to project manager and overseeing medium to large-scale installations. A highlight of his New York career was a significant education project, where he played a pivotal role in installing solar systems across the city’s schools. Moving to New Zealand with his Kiwi partner in 2021, Jace shifted his focus to residential work and learning the local solar industry systems. He successfully completed around 200 installations for a Northland company before joining the Revolve team. Today, Jace oversees all aspects of Revolve’s solar division, including sales and operations. His motivation to join the solar industry was a desire to contribute to environmental sustainability. He continues to be motivated by his enjoyment of the job’s technical and physical demands. Outside of his professional life, Jace is deeply invested in building his life in New Zealand. Embarking on a house build for himself and his partner in Waipu, his first task was to install 12 solar panels he brought from New York. Jace chose to join Revolve Electrical because he was inspired by the company's visionary leadership and its commitment to innovating within the industry. He sees an opportunity not just for professional growth but to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of solar energy in New Zealand.

Jaydon joined the Revolve Electrical team in 2020. Before settling on an electrical trade, he worked as a driver for an earthmoving company on large subdivisions and tried his hand at steel grinding. Having worked for other electricians before joining Revolve, he says Todd has taught him to do the job properly at a steady pace, and not to sacrifice quality for speed. He enjoys seeing how quickly a project can transform from a tangle of wires to a beautifully functioning system. Jaydon gets great feedback from customers, not only for the quality of his work but also for his friendly and easygoing personality.

Dave is Revolve’s most experienced electrician with almost 30 years in the trade. Before emigrating from South Africa to New Zealand in 2019, he owned and managed an electrical company which he took over from his father. The business specialised in industrial jobs, including a five-year power station project that required up to 40 electricians onsite. On moving to New Zealand with his family, Dave settled in Whangarei and worked for an Auckland company on local commercial projects. He loves Whangarei and was happy to move to a locally owned business. He says it’s a pleasure to come to work. Dave works alongside our apprentices sharing his considerable knowledge, and will take on a supervisory role with larger commercial projects. He provides a great role model for the team with his work ethic, organisation, and constructive communications.

Tyler joined Revolve Electrical in 2023 as an apprentice with two-and-a-half years’ experience. He previously worked for an Auckland electrical firm, mostly on projects in Whangarei, and is enjoying being part of a local team. After working exclusively on commercial jobs, Tyler enjoys the variety of residential projects. He loves the uniqueness of each home and the ‘endless possibilities’ that can be achieved with clever electrical design. Customers and colleagues alike appreciate Tyler’s competence with both electrical work and communication – listening for what’s needed and explaining what he’s doing. He’s also known for being organised and tidy in his work, and admits to being slightly obsessive about leaving a site cleaner than he found it.
